Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Typical processing times are:

In-stock physical products: 2–5 business days

Personalized products: 5–10 business days

Pre-order products: Processing times will be listed on the product page.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage unless another shipping method is selected or offered during checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery is typically:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.
Digital Products
Digital products—including digital planners, digital stickers, printable downloads, and other downloadable files—are not shipped.
After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to your digital purchase electronically through the method provided at checkout.
Personalized Products
Personalized items require additional production time before shipping.
Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order, as production begins using the information you provide.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Just CheChe is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Just CheChe is not responsible for:

Delivery interruptions beyond our control
If your package appears to be lost, we recommend first checking with your local post office and nearby household members or neighbors. If you still need assistance, please contact us and we will gladly help you work with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the information and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together whenever possible.
In some cases, items may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability or processing requirements.
If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
International Shipping
At this time, Just CheChe ships only within the United States.
