Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Just CheChe is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need additional support, feel free to contact us and we will assist where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and work with you to resolve the issue.
