At Just CheChe, we are committed to delivering your order with care, quality, and efficiency. Every order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with love and attention to detail. Please review our policy below for details regarding shipping, returns, and order support.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods such as product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time (U.S.)

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered during select launches, events, or promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Just CheChe is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not offer:

This policy applies to all products, including:

  • Physical planners
  • Clothing
  • Stickers
  • Pens
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Limited edition products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A resend of the correct item

Refunds will not be issued.

Replacement and store credit decisions are made at the discretion of Just CheChe.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need additional support, feel free to contact us and we will assist where possible.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases are final sale and non-refundable due to the instant-access and downloadable nature of the products.

Personalized & Custom Orders

All personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
